PALA DIOCESE UNDER-15 FOOTBALL LEAGUE 2025–2026
The Pala Diocese Under-15 Football League is a premier youth sporting initiative jointly organized by the Pala Diocese and St. Thomas College, Palai. Born from a shared vision to integrate sports with education, this league serves as a platform for young athletes to showcase their talent, discipline, and passion for the “beautiful game.”
Consortium Formation
The League is governed by a multi-tiered consortium:
- Corporate Educational Agency (CEA) – Administrative oversight
- St. Thomas College (STC) – Technical partner
- League Organising Committee (LOC) – Operational body
- Local Host Committees (LHCs) – Matchday coordinators at host schools
Our Mission
We believe that football is more than just a game; it is a tool for social transformation. Our league is built on four core pillars:
- Say No to Drugs, Yes to Sports: We provide a healthy, drug-free environment to guide our youth toward a productive and disciplined lifestyle.
- Digital Balance: In an era of increasing screen time, we motivate students to step onto the field, improving their physical fitness and mental resilience.
- Talent Identification: Through our scouting network, we identify gifted players and provide them with scholarships and development pathways at St. Thomas College and affiliated academies.
- Community & Spirit: We foster a sense of belonging and “Fair Play” among the schools of the Diocese.
